Who We Are
For Generations, We Have Been Defining the Art of the Custom Home. Italian Custom Cabinets started with a simple love for beautiful cabinets that make homes look amazing. Our founder, Shah Meshkati, had been making cabinets in different countries for over twenty years before he decided to start ICC. The beginning of ICC had its challenges. The journey involved significant investments in state-of-the-art machinery, high-quality materials, and the search for a suitable workspace. However, with unwavering support from Shah’s family, and friends, who deeply admired his work, we overcame these challenges, emerging stronger and more determined.
How We Began
In the beginning, our team was small, but everyone was dedicated to making the best cabinets possible. We focused on quality and didn’t worry too much about the business side of it. Luckily, our customers loved what we did and told their friends about us. Word of mouth became our primary way of getting new customers because we didn’t know much about other advertising methods. Now, Italian Custom Cabinets is growing. We’re always looking to add new, talented people to our team. We still put a lot of care into making sure each cabinet is perfect, sometimes even paying out of our own pockets to make sure everything is just right. We’ve also teamed up with STOSA, a famous Italian luxury cabinet maker, to bring authentic Italian cabinets to our clients. Our unwavering commitment at ICC remains unchanged since our inception: to craft the finest cabinets and ensure our customers are delighted with our work. While we may not be well-versed in business jargon, we excel in creating exceptional cabinets that our customers adore.

Are the products actually from Italy?
We are an American company, but the majority of our products come from Italy. Our design team are also professionals in Italian style cabinetry.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
Our limited warranty covers our products for a full one year. Our warranty covers hardware and some woods. To learn more about our warranty, please click here.
Do you offer measurements and drawings?
Measurements are free of charge in the greater Seattle area for all projects. We also gladly accept your measurements and can make drawings for your projects based on those measurements.
Please note that, if you send us your own measurements and approve the drawing, Italian Custom Cabinets will not be liable for any errors.
Do you deliver the products?
If you send us measurements and a drawing, the arrangement for delivery of the products will be your next step. Otherwise, we will deliver all products professionally and safely to the project site. Our reliable delivery is always available for all your cabinetry projects.

What if a product I receive has a defect?
We use the zero defect methodology in our production line. Every piece of your order undergoes several quality control checks.
At the final stage, all our products are handled professionally to eliminate the chance of damage during delivery and installation. We cover the quality and any defects in our products when we deliver to your site.
If you have your own installer, we will simply deliver it to your site and obtain a signature. Italian Custom Cabinets will not be liable for any damages that are not done by our staff. However, we will gladly replace any damaged pieces for a reasonable charge.
What is Lean Manufacturing?
The lean manufacturing methodology was invented by Japanese car manufacturer Toyota. In this methodology, the focus is to reduce all waste from materials, production time, inventory, down to the details of the last screws of the products.
We customized and implemented this methodology to produce the highest quality products in the shortest amount of time with the least expense. Thanks to the lean manufacturing methodology, we offer the highest warranty in the market at a reasonable price.
Do you ship to other states and internationally?
At this time, we can only deliver our products to the greater Seattle area. We are working on our online shop to be able to ship to all U.S. States.
What is the time frame for delivery?
We understand the mess a remodeling project creates and the value of the time and promises of our contractors to their customers. Thanks to our lean manufacturing methodology, we can precisely estimate the time of delivery for each project.
