Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
Job title: Machine operator (CNC & Panel Saw)
Type: Full-time Mon-Fri 7:00 – 3:30 Plus overtime when required
Wage: D.O.E.

Italian Custom Cabinets is more than just cabinets. We Machine/build/ and install closets and countertops. We are looking to hire an experienced machine operator with casework knowledge who can read drawings and cut lists, you will be operating a HC Weeke CNC and HC Holzma Panel saw. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the machine, as well as keeping your workspace clean and accessible. You will receive training on operations and general preventative maintenance.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years CNC experience
Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/32”
Must be able to lift and move 80Lbs
Must know how to safely and properly operate a forklift
Must be able to identify sheet stock (small differences in color and texture)
Must be able to speak and understand English and have some mechanical knowledge (mainly for when you need to call tech support and get walked though troubleshooting)
Must be able to keep an eye on quality while keeping the machines in operation
Description
You will be operating two machines, the HC Weeke is a 3 axis wood CNC with a 10 tool holder, you will receive programs and cut them in the appropriate order. You will occasionally make your own programs using WoodWop 7. The HC Holzma, it is a digital panel saw with a few bells and whistles. You will primarily be cutting melamine, plywood, and laminated products (little to no soft or hard woods). You will optimize the cut lists either by using the optimizer program or by hand as required.
You will need to manage the falloff and storage racks so that you keep your area clear of any obstructions. You will then need to get the cut material to its intended location. After you complete the cut list you will take and keep inventory of remaining sheet goods.
If an issue with the machine arises that is beyond our knowledge to fix, you will be responsible for contacting technical support and explaining the issue, as well as follow the instructions given by the tech to fix the issue.
You will be responsible for offloading deliveries from our vendors, choosing the proper space to put it our storage area, and pulling the material when required.

Assembler

Italian Custom Cabinets is looking to hire an experienced “special” assembler with casework knowledge who can read drawings and know how to properly assemble frameless casework per specs while work on their own with minimal direction. You will be responsible to verify parts are correct and accounted for before assembly, and if need be, replace damaged/missing parts. You will be working in the shop and going on site for repairs. Most importantly you must be able to keep an eye on quality while building/machining/EXT.
Requirements
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift 20-30LBS. consecutively and occasionally 50LBS.
Must be familiar with pneumatic tools such as staple guns and orbital sanders
Must be familiar with hand tools
Must be able to read and write English.
Must know how to safely operate a table saw

Occasionally you will be asked to go on site and diagnose and repair specialty hardware that is not functioning properly.

Interior Designer
One position open for Interior Designer (Lynnwood, WA)
Job duties:
Prepare design plans for Kitchen and Bath;
Assist with site visits and documenting site findings accurately;
Meeting and communicating with clients during different phases of the design process;
Inspect construction work on site to ensure its adherence to the design plans;
Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure
job success;
Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents; Advise
client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and
color coordination; Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning of interior environments,
such as budget, architectural preferences, purpose, and function;
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval;
Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans;
