ICC Limited Warranty

At Italian Custom Cabinets, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We’re dedicated to ensuring that our cabinets meet industry standards and exceed them and your expectations. To underline our commitment and confidence in our products, we offer you the following warranty:

 What’s Covered

For one year from the delivery date, we guarantee the original purchaser that our cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under regular home use. Should you wish for extended peace of mind, additional warranty coverage of up to 7 years is available for purchase.

 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Issues arising from mishandling, improper storage, incorrect installation, or alterations.
• Damage from extreme temperatures, moisture, or harsh chemicals.
• Intentional damage, or damage from fire, water, or natural disasters.
• Normal wear and tear.
• The natural variations in wood include changes in texture, color, or grain (as these are typical characteristics of wood).

Should a defect occur, Italian Custom Cabinets reserves the right to either repair or replace the product. Please note that this warranty does not cover the costs associated with the removal or installation of cabinets.

 Making a Warranty Claim

If you encounter any issues with your Italian Custom Cabinets product, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to our customer service team.
2. Provide us with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
3. We will review your claim within three business days.
4. For valid claims, we will proceed with either a repair or replacement.
5. Shipping and handling costs for approved claims are our responsibility.

 Extra Warranty Options

Understanding that high-quality cabinets are a significant investment, we offer additional warranty options for further reassurance:

• 3-year warranty at 5% of the total estimate.
• 5-year warranty at 10% of the total estimate.
• 7-year warranty at 15% of the total estimate.

These options are designed to provide you with extended protection and peace of mind.

 Your Rights and Our Promise

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location. Italian Custom Cabinets has the authority to interpret and enforce this warranty. Beyond what is stated here, Italian Custom Cabinets does not imply any further warranties regarding the suitability or salability of the cabinets.
